English Garden RR - My Work on Ing's Square

Ing's squares have been with me over the holidays and I've been struggling to get back into the mood to stitch.  I always have this problem after Christmas and all the hustle that goes with it.  Read and nap are my favorite pastimes in January.  With the Adventure in Crazy Quilting coming up fast and furious, I haven't been indulging in that either.

Ing made squares for this RR that are a parfait of bright pastel colors and pretty without embellishments.  Following is a photo of the square I selected to embellish for her.

  1. What a lovely block (naturally!). And working on a spring theme in the dead of January is as good a way as any to get back into the stitching mood! Beautiful, beautiful! Hugs, Cathy

  3. Been enjoying all of your lovely work. Your entire blog is like a huge dose of eye candy. It makes me want to dig out the ribbons and threads and see what adventures it leads to. So many of the things you put together would never have occurred to me. Inspiring work!
